You are what you eat.

It should not be news to any of us.  What we put into our bodies has a direct effect on our health.  It impacts how we feel, how we sleep, our risk for disease, our brain function, hormone function, and probably a bazillion other things.  

You know this.  And you have intentions to start eating better.  Because you want to feel better, and because you want to look better.  But you just haven't gotten around to it.  Perhaps you haven't had the time.  Perhaps you don't want to make the effort.  Maybe you have made the effort and failed.  Maybe you think you can't do it... it will be too hard.  Or maybe you just don't know where to start.  

I am here to tell you... I am living proof... you can do it.  You do have time.  You do have the ability.  And you can succeed.  If you don't know where to start, I can help.

Let me introduce myself

I am Toni, the proud mom of two beautiful girls.  I live in Mitchell, SD, where I spend my days in the world of accounting software.  While I stay busy raising kids and working full-time, I make time for something I have always been passionate about:  physical wellness.  Whether that means playing in the yard with my kids, going for a run, or working out with friends, I make time for it.  Physical wellness has always been important to me, because I know when I am not physically well, every other area of my life suffers.  I cannot be truly all-in at work, home or otherwise, when I don't feel my best.  


As a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach, I have the incredible pleasure of guiding others through their journey in pursuit of physical wellness.  I have helped more people improve their health since I started coaching the FASTer Way about a year ago, than I have teaching group fitness classes throughout the last twenty-plus years.  And that, my friends, feels amazing!  

Create healthy habits, not restrictions

We have been trained our whole lives to work out more and eat less.  We have all been on diets where restriction is key.  And when you think about it, how is that ever going to work?  If I restrict my calories, lose weight, and then plateau, what am I going to do to lose more?  That's right, restrict calories further.  Doing so actually damages our metabolism.  And then what happens when we go back to eating our regular amount of food?  It is a vicious cycle, and it is not sustainable.
